Cincinnati Mills makes its formal debut to the public during this incredible event! Beginning at 8:00am, Cincinnati Mills customers will be primed for a fabulous opening day of shopping and entertainment. Festivities include a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 9:30am followed by the much-anticipated inaugural opening at 10:00am.
