interviewed several customers at our Colorado Mills location.
Colorado Mills tenants have the opportunity (like Cincinnati
Mills) of having an onsite data technician daily monitor and
respond to issues.
Instead of working for hours with technicians from the local
exchange, and finally receiving support after days of downtime,
Colorado Mills' tenants have the convenience of an onsite
technician to troubleshoot issues.
Our technicians are trained to respond to a variety of
troubleshooting concerns; issues such as phone issues, wiring
mishaps, computer downtime problems, viruses and worms.
